I was initially disappointed when I arrived at the hotel and had to wait for my room due to a system error. the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and offered me a room free of charge as a gesture of apology. The room was cozy and clean, with the added bonus of floor heating in the bathroom. The location was convenient, with the main train station and tram line D just minutes away. Despite a minor issue with the Wi-Fi in my room, the staff were responsive and attempted to resolve the problem. I had a pleasant stay at Prizeotel Vienna-City and would recommend it for its value for money and convenient location.
